The first set of SP360 12ft units have landed in our Southampton and Pembroke depots, marking the advent of a new era in on-site facilities. These units are perfect for a team of six, tailored to meet their needs with precision. They boast a toilet, wash area and drying room facilities designed for convenience, while the kitchen comes equipped with a warm air heating system, USB sockets for seamless connectivity and hot water readily available at your fingertips.

But what truly sets these units apart is their innovation in sustainability. Powered by solar panels atop the containers which reduce CO2 emissions and fuel costs by up to 80%, they embody eco-consciousness while ensuring uninterrupted functionality with a backup diesel generator. The integration of a heating system adds another layer of comfort, ensuring a pleasant work environment regardless of external conditions.

Our Welfare Units not only fulfil the essential requirements but exceed expectations. The canteen area is meticulously designed to accommodate up to six individuals, featuring table and bench seating and 12V LED lighting with PIR for energy efficiency both internally and externally. The diesel-powered air-blown heating system ensures warmth, while the warm water supplied by a dedicated heating system adds another comfort to your staff.

The toilet area boasts a plastic recirculating toilet, LED lighting with PIR sensors for energy conservation, a forearm washbasin with warm water, all heated by the onboard 230V heating system. Safety is paramount, reflected in the inclusion of a carbon monoxide monitor and smoke alarm, ensuring a secure environment for all occupants.
