As one of the leading UK Shipping Container suppliers Willbox Ltd are looking for a new team member to join our growing Container Hire division.
As one of the leading UK Shipping Container suppliers Willbox Ltd are looking for a new team member to join our growing Accounts division.
The main responsibilities of the role include assisting the workshop team with daily duties in the repair, preparation and conversion of shipping containers to varying end uses including:
• Site Offices
• Canteens
• Welfare Units
• Workshops
• Bespoke conversions
• Equipment housings
• Plant rooms
• Accommodation units
A background in the construction, engineering or manufacturing is preferred but not essential, as our expertise in the sector will be passed on. The candidate will need to be dynamic, energetic, personable, and highly organised to deal with the varying projects our conversions team are involved in.
Daily Duties include:
• Responding in a timely and accurate manner to enquiries
• Reporting to the foreman for daily duties & job tasks
• Lining & Insulation of container offices
• Installation of floor vinyl
• Trimming
• Timber frame construction.
• General fixing & Fitting of construction components
• Forklift (preferable, not essential)
• Assisting with manual labour duties
The ideal candidate will have good construction skills andbe willing to adapt to a dynamic workload, problem solve and work under theirown initiative with general supervision.
